Offshoring to the Philippines has been happening since the 1990’s. Today’s technology makes it easier, and Covid has proven remote work does work and is preferred by many.

Yes – it is common for Filipino’s to work remotely and for foreign companies. In fact, like many current employees in Australia, Filipino’s prefer to work from home too. Traffic is crazy in the Philippines, Filipino’s are potentially saving 3 -6 hours on their daily commute by working from home.

We charge a one-time recruitment fee due upon the candidate accepting your job offer. The fee is 30% of the presumed first-year salary. So for example, if you hire someone for $900/month, the assumed salary is $10,800 /year. The one-time recruitment fee of 35% is $3,240. This is the only time you’ll owe us anything.

If the hire doesn’t work out in the first 90 days we will replace them for free.

Yes – we only hire full time employees.

No – the candidate is based in the Philippines and will not require a visa to work in the Philippines.

After the contract signing, the talent is your employee – they are not employed under Two Trick Pony Consulting.

The employee can be paid directly using platforms such as Airwallex and Wise – its fast and easy.
